Focusing on the presentation of products, achieving a good fit between the product and the bag, and making display easier!

Our products typically feature bags with corners on all four sides, but this time we incorporated a shoulder drop processing based on the following customer requests: 1. For a bag that holds a lunch box, we want to ensure that the corners at the top of the bag do not protrude when the product is placed inside. 2. We want to improve the visual appeal as much as possible when displaying the products. These were the two main points. Now, regarding the shoulder drop processing, when inserting thicker products, it is usually necessary to set the header portion longer than the width of the product. However, this increases unnecessary parts of the bag and distorts its shape, taking up extra space during display. Therefore, we decided to implement the shoulder drop processing. We made the header portion smaller than the width of the product from the beginning and cut both ends of the upper part of the header diagonally. This allows for a better fit according to the product size and eliminates unnecessary blank space in the bag, increasing the number of product types that can be displayed in one location from three to four. In fact, bags with shoulder drop processing save about 10-20% more space compared to regular bags. In addition to the regular shoulder drop bags, we have narrowed the bottom using a specialized blade and added slits, allowing even thick items to be neatly accommodated. To cut the bottom, a straight blade is inefficient, so we created a specialized blade. It was mentioned that a sturdy partition that would not come loose under any circumstances would be ideal. To create a solid partition, we decided to secure it with a 5mm wide seal bar, ensuring it adheres and does not come apart. We proposed a bag that does not lower the product value by creatively adjusting the position of the handle.

When manufacturing OPP bags, gussets are added to accommodate thicker products. Typically, gussets are added to the bottom of the bag, but in this case, we will introduce an example where gussets were added to the top. The customer's requests were as follows: 1. Make it easier to insert angular, thick products. 2. Showcase the thickness of the product effectively. 3. Improve the fit between the product and the bag, enhance the first impression, and increase the product's value. To fulfill these requests, adding gussets to the top of the bag creates a three-dimensional effect, allowing for the insertion of angular, thick items while conforming to the shape of the product. With this approach, we were able to propose a bag that meets the customer's needs. Bags like this can also be used for clothing, ensuring that the garments fit securely within the bag while maintaining a neat appearance with a three-dimensional look.
